Stories of My Work

Over the past few years, I’ve had the opportunity to contribute to research, advocacy, and storytelling that center women’s health, mental health, and lived experience. My work bridges community and academia — from co-designing mental health care improvements to speaking openly about the realities of patient advocacy.

Here are some of the projects, publications, and recognitions that reflect my journey so far.
